This was a real sniffer’s dram which we could have nosed all night – aromas of toasted oak, coconut, pear and caramelised white chocolate galette, marzipan, pinesap and leather…the list could go on and on! What a surprise on the palate neat; this packed a real punch with plenty of spice and charred woody notes next to a warming, never-ending, earthy tobacco grand finale.
