A lovely and harmonious nose opened with runny honey, wispy peat smoke, mentholated tobacco and hints of tree sap, dried rosemary and cinder toffee, plus touches of shoe polish, wintergreen and mineral oils. Reduction brought out polished exotic hardwoods, cherry bakewell tarts, hothouse flowers, honey cake and sweetened olive oil.
