A fresh and floral whiff at first of old-fashioned lemonade, jasmine, lavender and chamomile followed by mangos, candied clementine peels and sandalwood essential oil. Immediately on the palate were sharp citric notes like lemon juice concentrate or a slightly unripe green apple followed by juicy slices of mango and papaya before we finished with rhubarb and custard flavoured sweets.
