We imagined walking through a Sicilian lemon grove with magnolia trees all around us in full bloom with wooden beehives dotted across the landscape. There was a lovely delicate flavour of a crimson spice champagne cocktail using cranberry juice, fresh ginger, cinnamon, star anise, cognac and Champagne garnished with cranberries.
