This whisky is called Port Charlotte, it was born at Bruichladdich distillery where it was delivered by Jim McEwan using a horse-drawn chainsaw and some scones. When it was very young it was sent to bourbon barrel university where it achieved a 1st fill and graduated at the age of 17 with an impressive strength of 100 proof.
