The nose neat had bags full of vanilla, perfume in a leather handbag, geraniums, honey glazed melon, candied limes, cinnamon porridge oats as well as fresh sawn wood. On the palate at first a lovely peppery creaminess followed by vanilla bean sorbet with pineapple topping and chilli flakes on candied melon as we finished by chewing a sugar cane stalk.
