A slightly more delicate vibe than usual from this typically highly fruity and expressive distillery. Instead we found the nose initially gentle with floral touches such as pressed flowers, peaches, fresh linens, mineral oils, aged leather and touches of fir wood resins and bitter chocolate with sea salt.
