Plenty of fresh oak, vanilla custard, candied ginger and dark chocolate greeted the Panel with a late arrival of green apples and gooseberries. Tasting neat this fruity theme however continued; kiwis, bananas, pineapple cubes and French glace cherries all well balanced with a cinnamon and anise spiciness.
