The nose lifted us to a bright sunny place “grassy, fruity and attractive“ marshmallow tea-cakes, lemon sherbet, blossom honey and vanilla custard slice. The palate had an initial super-sweet hit, with rapid dry evaporation - soft fruits, dolly mixtures, cotton candy, caramel and dried pineapple and papaya, followed by toasted coconut and warming white pepper.
