Plums and oranges were juggled above a ring of cake dough and salted caramel while on the floor lay scattered malted barley, fresh straw and caster sugar. From a trapeze high above, digestive biscuits and roasted hazelnuts swung with a crew of vanilla and honey roast cashew nuts.
