Speyside, Lossie We found a very appetising cake shop on the nose (lemon drizzle cake, golden syrup sponge, chocolate gateau) with black peppercorns and orange zest on the side. On the palate, we moved on to carrot cake, peaches, honey, wine gums and coconut cream, with a warm, woody, tingling finish.
