Tyrconnell Sherry Cask Finish is an Irish single malt whisky with a period of finishing in sherry casks, adding extra fruit and spice to the spirit’s naturally approachable style. For a novice drinker, it offers a good example of how cask finishing can shape flavour without making the whisky feel heavy.
