  Fresh butter, wax, paraffin and wakame lead to limestone, white pepper, chalk and green apple, with a long, salty, mineral finish.

  Love the nose. A little funky, almost a fruity bubblegum. Palette is rich and keeps with the nose. I’m a fan!
