Lerwick Distillery, set to be Shetland's first whisky distillery, sits on Market Street in Lerwick, once called Whisky Lane. Martin Watt, Calum Miller and Caroline MacIntyre founded it in 2022 in a former joinery workshop, on a site once used as stables and a soda factory.
