It's a little one dimensional for sipping, but I bet it would be good in a Manhattan or some other cocktail where it could layer with other more complex flavors.

It's a little sweet, fairly mellow. I enjoy it with ice, but would be great neat as well. This one is right up my alley and almost a little too easy to love.
