Just trying to get into bourbon. It’s a little hot, but super buttery. Really lovely actually. Recommendation from Nate at Healthy Spirits.

A blend, aged briefly in cedar. Light and chill and unique. Liked it.

bad photo, sorry. I was at Scotch & Branch in Kyoto and asked for something difficult to find. Bartender pulled out the Hibiki 21 year and I asked for something else.

This was super smooth and drinkable. Mizunara is a Japanese oak. I would like to try it again a little less buzzed to log a better review.
