A very pleasant whisky with wax, marzipan, walnut cream, green tea and lemon, though it may not be distinctive enough for its long maturation.
Metallic and austere, it develops from hay, grass and engine oil into peaches, mangoes and peppered oysters, ending long, herbaceous and distinctly salty.
Lemony and lively, with wee pears, green apples, lime, green pepper and a hint of coconut, this is an elemental malt in the noblest sense.
