A lovely, unadorned whisky with notes of bread, barley, chalk, pear, apple and lemon, followed by a slightly herbal palate and a long, consistent finish.
Lovely notes of chardonnay, ripe apple, pear and peach compote lead to citrus and pink grapefruit, with a long, excellent finish.
Fruity and vanilla-driven with pear, mandarin and pollen, it turns earthier, sharper and livelier on the palate, finishing rooty, powerful and peppery.
