An absolute killer, with rich mushroom and leek broth, growing umami, orange marmalade, and an extraordinary candied-pear finish.
A rich, well-defined whisky with orange cakes and chocolate, followed by peppered chocolate, toasted buckwheat, and a lovely, long, spicy finish.
An unusually savory dram, bursting with nutmeg, coffee dregs, chickpeas and dried ceps, followed by a very long, spicy and salty finish.
A fun, experimental whisky with lovely citrus notes, but excessive woodiness dominates the palate and makes its character rather puzzling.
