Thompson Bros is an independent Scotch whisky bottler based in Dornoch in the Highlands of Scotland, founded by brothers Phil and Simon Thompson. It emerged from the brothers’ work in the town’s whisky bar and retail shop and became known for a modern, small-scale approach to selecting and releasing whisky.
