Started with a char, then the sweetness and some citrus on the finish.

I find a lot of Japanese whiskey to be a bit too malty or a bit too sweet. This still had a sharp taste, and definitely a sweetness, but enjoyable.

From last night as well. Really flavorful for a high proof. I find that super rare. Usually theres far too much burn, but that wasnt the impression I left with…
